MY PHUOC I INDUSTRIAL ZONE

  • The Establishment Decision No. 452/QD-TTg on June 14, 2002 of Prime Minister.
  • The Decision on approving the assessments of environmental impact No. 420/QD-BKHCN dated October 10, 2002 of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
  • Wastewater treatment system: the concentrated waste water treatment plan consists of two modules with a total capacity of 8,000 m3/day & night which collecting and purifying wastewater from daily and production activities of the enterprises in the industrial zone. Wastewater after being treated will reach the Vietnamese standard for industrial wastewater QCVN 24: 2009/BTNMT (Column A), and then will be discharged into Thi Tinh river.

  • Periodically monitoring and reporting on environmental quality four times per year for wastewater sources and surrounding environment. (Results of monitoring environmental quality: 2009, 2010: Quarter 1-2, Quarter 3-4).
  • The monthly environmental protection fee for wastewater is listed and submitted.
  • Hazardous waste registration producer No. 74.000294.T is issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Duong province.
  • There are now 50 enterprises connected to the concentrated wastewater treatment system of the industrial zone. Meanwhile, two enterprises in the industrial zone have their own wastewater treatment system: Chanh Duong Company and Nutifood Joint Stock Company.

MY PHUOC II INDUSTRIAL ZONE

  • The Establishment Decision No. 222/QD-CT on January 20, 2005 of Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee.
  • The Decision on approving the assessments of environmental impact No. 1764/QD-BTNMT dated December 7, 2004 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
  • Wastewater Treatment System: the wastewater treatment plant operates with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day, collecting and purifying wastewater from daily and production activities of the enterprises in the industrial zone. Wastewater after being treated will reach the Vietnamese standard for industrial wastewater QCVN 24: 2009/BTNMT (Column A), and then will be discharged through Tre Stream into Thi Tinh river.

  • There are currently 72 enterprises connected to the sewage treament system of the Industrial Park .
  • There are 1 enterprise in the Industrial Park having the sewage treatment by itself: Sabmiller Vietnam Joint Venture Co.
  • There are now 72 enterprises connected to the concentrated wastewater treatment system of the industrial zone. Meanwhile, the industrial zone has an enterprise owning its wastewater treatment system: Sabmiller Vietnam Joint Venture Co., Ltd.

MY PHUOC III INDUSTRIAL ZONE

  • The Establishment Decision No. 3920/QD-UBND on August 31, 2006 of Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee.
  • The Decision on approving the assessments of environmental impact No. 482/QD-BTNMT dated April 05, 2004 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
  • Wastewater Treatment System: there are four stations located at four suitable areas with a total capacity of 16,000 m3/day & night, collecting and purifying wastewater from daily and production activities of the enterprises in the industrial zone. They are being tested with an operational capacity of 4,000 m3/day. Wastewater after being treated will reach the Vietnamese standard for industrial wastewater QCVN 24: 2009/BTNMT (Column A), and then will be discharged into Thi Tinh river.
  • Periodically monitoring and reporting on environmental quality four times per year for wastewater sources and surrounding environment. (Results of monitoring environmental quality: 2009, 2010: Quarter 1-2, Quarter 3-4).

  • There are now 76 enterprises connected to the concentrated wastewater treatment system of the industrial zone. Meanwhile, the industrial zone has an enterprise owning its wastewater treatment system: Vina Kraft Paper Co., Ltd.

BAU BANG INDUSTRIAL ZONE

  • The Investment Certificate No. 46221000302 dated October 23, 2007 issued by Binh Duong Industrial Zone Management Board.
  • The Decision on approving the assessments of environmental impact No. 1163/QD-BTNMT dated June 03, 2008 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
  • Wastewater Treatment System: there are two stations located at two suitable areas with a total capacity of 57,000 m3/day, collecting and purifying wastewater from daily and production activities of the enterprises in the industrial zone. The first module with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day is now being built. Wastewater after being treated will reach the Vietnamese standard for industrial wastewater QCVN 24: 2009/BTNMT (Column A), and then will be discharged through Ben Van Stream into Thi Tinh river.
  • Hazardous waste registration producer No. 74.000415.T is issued by Binh Duong provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
  • Currently, 07 enterprises are connected to the concentrated treatment system of the industrial zone.
