Under the decision by Binh Duong People’s Committee on “The amendment on transport development planning in Binh Duong province towards 2020”, it was determined that My Phuoc – Tan Van expressway be an important road of the entire province. Binh Duong People’s Committee has assigned Becamex IDC to implement the project of My Phuoc – Tan Van expressway.
Starting from My Phuoc industrial park and urban complex, My Phuoc- Tan Van express way will run through several major industrial parks located on 4 districts and towns like Thu Dau Mot town, Thuan An and Di An districts to the international airport and seaport. The way is designed in a standard of high-class traffic with an average speed of 100km/h. When completed, My Phuoc- Tan Van expressway will connect to the Trans-Asia and Ho Chi Minh roads as well as transport system of the whole Southern Key Economic Zone. Total length of My Phuoc- Tan Van expressway includes 30 km of the main road and 12 km of road having 18 overfly bridges and 4 intersections to connect with the outside.
Investment form: My Phuoc – Tan Van expressway is invested in the form of BOT scheme.

Binh Duong has more than 18 industrial parks with a total area of 5,000-7,000 hectares which have been established in the northern areas of the province (Ben Cat, Dau Tieng, Phu Giao …); GDP of Binh Duong has year-to-year increased by over 15% for years, especially increase in industry sector gained over 25%. As predicted, the fast growing of transport in Binh Duong will exceed 15% per year including the number of road transport vehicles.
