The socio-economic development achievements have also been significantly contributed by 1.6 million labors working directly at Industrial Zones and millions of workers at the industrial complexes. It is estimated that there will be nearly 4 million workers by 2015 and around 6 million ones by 2020, of which around 70 % are from outside of the province, far from their hometown having the housing demand. The estimated number of workers in the industrial zones having the housing demand will be nearly 2.65 million persons by 2015, equivalent to 21.2 million m2 and 4.2million ones by 2012, equivalent to 33..6 million m2 of housing.
