Strategic position

Binh Duong New city located in a strategic position, directly connected to HCMC, Tan Son Nhat International Airport and Long Thanh International Airport, Cat Lai Seaport and Cai Mep-Thi Vai deep seaport, and surrounding provinces. Inter-regional transportation infrastructure is well-developed, with National Highway 13, My Phuoc – Tan Van Road, Ho Chi Minh City- Thu Dau Mot- Chon Thanh expressway, Vanh Dai 2, 3, and Metro line No.1, is expected to be completed by 2031, ensuring a smooth and convenient inter-regional connectivity

A comprehensive urban ecosystem has been established, featuring modern residential zones, over 50% green space coverage, a variety of housing options, and high-quality services. Word Trade Center Binh Duong New City and other international forums (Horasis Asia Meeting, Horasis China, Summit, etc) have affirmed Binh Duong’s role as a globally connected destination

Notably, 220 hectares of the educational, scientific, technological infrastructure and advanced manufacturing, the heart of Binh Duong New City, have been planned synchronously to become a center of innovation and high-tech industry. This complex creates a seamless innovation system: Training-Research – Development – Commercialization- Pilot Production – Advanced Production-Logistics-Data. Zone 1: Concentrated Information Technology Park and Eastern International University

This zone is the core of the digital economy development, accelerating the growth of the information technology sector through functions as training, R&D, and spreading a spirit of innovation. The Concentrated IT Park is developed next to the EIU Dormitory – the unit within Becamex’s education, training, science, and innovation ecosystem. This is an ideal destination where institutes and enterprises cooperate closely, support workforce training and retraining, promote technology upgrading, and develop under “Made in Vietnam” technology products before producing on a larger scale

KEY HIGHLIGHT- BINH DUONG INNOVATION CAMPUS

This is the first project in the area, inspired by Brainport Industries Campus (Eindhoven, Netherlands), integrating advanced manufacturing, innovation spaces, and business supporting services

In this campus, high-tech enterprises can access shared modern infrastructure, including clean rooms, flexible production spaces, and shared labs, which help shorten time to market, optimize processes, and enhance global competitiveness

This Campus will play an important role in attracting new high-tech investments andsupporting projects that require specialized building, flexible scale, and high-speed operation

BWID Supply Chain City (SCC)

BWID Supply Chain City (SCC) is designed to complete the innovation value chain by offering medium- to large-sized space manufacturing, fully integrated with logistics and data center functions. Businesses can scale up operations after developing and testing products in adjacent innovation zones, then moving into mass production, export, and global distribution

BWID SCC is the final link in Binh Duong New City’s innovation infrastructure before extending the surrounding industrial zones system, ensuring high-tech product output and fostering a complete high-tech industrial ecosystem – from the idea to the global market
