History of formation and development

Our history of formation and development is closely linked to the development of industrial park models. During that process, Becamex continuously transformed industrialization models, from production clusters and industrial parks to integrated industrial and urban areas.

1976

Ben Cat General Trading Company (Becamex), the predecessor of Becamex IDC Corporation, was established.

1996

Developing the first VSIP Industrial Park following the modern integrated model of Industry - Urban - Service through VSIP joint venture.

2000

The inauguration and putting into operation of National Highway 13, the first national highway applied under the BOT method in Vietnam, opened a period of synchronous development of industry - services - urban areas, developing traffic connecting seaports - airports and neighboring provinces.

2004

Construction of Binh Duong Industrial - Urban & Service Complex started.

2010

Construction of Binh Duong New City started.

2020

Becamex IDC officially listed on HOSE.

Up to now, after more than 30 years of construction and development, Becamex IDC has become the leading prestigious Industrial and Urban Real Estate Developer in Vietnam. Currently, we can bring to investors an advanced industrialization model through the Science and Technology Industrial Park (STIP) 21 industrial parks, present in 15 provinces and cities nationwide, with a network of 26 member enterprises in many fields (Healthcare, education, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure …)
