In addition to cooperating with the World Bank and partners, Becamex develops the EIP eco-industrial model, promoting industrial symbiosis, optimizing resources and renewable energy platforms, and Becamex commits to planting millions of trees, contributing to the goal of Vietnam being carbon neutral by 2050.

We provide resettlement policies and schemes to ensure that resettled people can sustainably improve their lives and benefit significantly from our projects. This is a testament to our unique ability to develop large projects smoothly with strong community support.
Housing Construction
We not only care about industrial customers but also care about the workers of these enterprises. As the largest social housing developer in the country, we are a pioneer in building new homes for workers and attracting other stakeholders to join in contributing. Up to now, Becamex has developed 47,500 social housing units in Thu Dau Mot City, Thuan An City, Ben Cat City and Bau Bang District, serving 181,000 people. In the next phase, Becamex will continue to build 118,234 social housing units for people.
In addition, we also actively invest in developing facilities and institutions for sports, culture and education to create a livable, vibrant environment and a harmonious community for each development project.

Industrial zones create many employment opportunities for both local and migrant workers, who were previously employed in low-productivity jobs.

In the transition from industrialization to innovation, Becamex has taken important initiatives to find new development pillars for Binh Duong province such as the Binh Duong Smart City strategy and the Binh Duong Innovation Zone.
We have also promoted investment in developing innovative services and new-generation industrialization models, typically the Science and Technology Industrial Park (STIP).

Investments in strategic industrial infrastructure and transport corridors not only demonstrate the attractiveness of infrastructure projects but also accelerate the pace of industrialization in Binh Duong and other provinces with Becamex projects.
Strengthen digital transformation activities, effective management
We manage and operate projects through a real-time centralized information connection center (IOC), to ensure smooth operations and timely control of all activities at Becamex projects. IOC is currently operating effectively with automation processes, management, smart traffic operations, smart security, smart energy lighting; water management, fire prevention, smart trees, etc.
