As an important platform in the industrial manufacturing ecosystem in training the workforce and promoting automation transformation, assessing readiness according to SIRI standards and consulting to support businesses in applying appropriate 4.0 technology solutions to help improve productivity and business management processes of enterprises.

SUPPORTING BUSINESSES TO APPLY THE MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRY 4.0

Digitalization Cluster: Supports businesses in optimizing and improving the performance of traditional machinery. The equipment here, including old mechanical and CNC machines, is integrated with smart sensors to monitor operating status and predict incidents. All data from the machines is collected and displayed on the smart dashboard, providing operators with an overview and the ability to make accurate decisions, contributing to minimizing production interruption time.
Smart Cluster: This is where smart systems from smart warehouse systems (Smart Warehouse) to smart factories (Smart Factory) are introduced.

Smart warehouses are designed and developed by the team of lecturers, students and experts at EIU with the goal of developing science, technology and applications. Capacity of 1,372 pallets, powered by AI algorithms to optimize storage locations and improve warehouse management efficiency.

The smart factory at IIC, with the coordination of systems such as mobile robots, robotic arms, MES and augmented reality (AR), is a complete model for smart manufacturing.

CORPORATE TRAINING

IIC provides short-term and long-term training courses, depending on the actual needs of businesses at the business premises or directly at the IIC center, which is equipped with modern equipment.
